 I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, taking into account all the thoughts, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped and influenced your life.

We will work together to recognize and understand patterns in your life with the goal of strengthening relationships, identifying support systems, and harvesting your innate strengths and resources, allowing you to make the changes you desire. 

I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and am trained in a variety of therapeutic models, including person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness work, cognitive behavioral therapy,  and motivational interviewing and will work with you to determine the approach that best fits your needs. I am a staunch LGBTQ+ ally.
